š¶š MHK students shined at the Trills & Thrills Music Festival on June 5! From choir to orchestra and band, our talented performers and amazing teachers wowed the audience and judges. Bravo on a fantastic job well done! šš¼

On Thursday, May 29, the Hightstown High School Chess Club hosted a simultaneous exhibition match featuring Grandmaster Arun Prasad. Prasad is one of only 2,000 Grandmasters in the world. Students not only had the unique opportunity to meet him, but were also able to play against him. During the exhibition match, GM Prasad played over 25 students and staff simultaneously.
Multilingual Hightstown High Schoolers visited WCB to read the stories they wrote and illustrated. The WCB students were impressed by their hard work and loved the visit!
šØāØ A vibrant celebration of creativity at the MHK Art Exhibit 2025! Students showcased their incredible talent through a diverse collection of drawings, paintings, sculptures, and written reflections.

Congratulations to Hightstown High School freshman, Usmaan Shariff, who entered an Illustrated Poem Contest for Earth Day that is organized by the American Chemical Society (ACS).
Usmaan received First Place out of all the Grade 9-12 entries in our local Princeton Section of the ACS.
Winning first place for the Princeton Section has progressed his illustrated poem to the National ACS competition!

Hudson, MHK's therapy dog, has been enjoying providing some positive energy after NJSLA state testing!

Mrs. Pukel's second-grade class held their yearly end-of-the-year aquarium! They picked a sea animal to research and presented their report and visual to the families in the class. The students knocked it out of the park once again!
