East Windsor Regional School District’s Multilingual Learners Program goes beyond English instruction, supporting students in both language development and content area learning. ML teachers, classroom/content teachers, administrators, and staff work together to ensure that multilingual learners thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while celebrating their cultures and identities. Instruction is personalized, language-rich, and aligned to the New Jersey Student Learning Standards and WIDA English Language Proficiency Standards, with recent efforts focused on strengthening instruction across classrooms through the SIOP model.
