The East Windsor Regional School District offers this program to children residing in East Windsor & Hightstown, NJ.

Enrollment is open for non-disabled preschool students, with selections made through a lottery process to ensure fairness.

The integrated preschool program will run from September 3, 2026, to June 25, 2027, for 2.5 hours per day, offered as either a morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) session at Grace Norton Rogers Elementary School.

The total tuition for the 2026–2027 school year is $3,250, payable in 10 monthly installments of $325. The first payment is due at registration, followed by payments on the 1st of each month from September through May.

Lottery applications must be returned no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. The lottery drawing will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. via Google Meet (link will be on your lottery ticket). You do not need to be present to be selected in the lottery. Families of multiples will be selected together. Written notification regarding your status will be mailed after May 11, 2026.

A birth certificate or passport; a current lease; a tax bill or mortgage statement, and one other document with parent’s/guardians’ name and address are required to participate in the lottery and must be presented with the lottery application.
