The Mercer County Free Food Finder Directory is available to help those dealing with food insecurity. The Free Food Finder is maintained by the Trenton Health Team as part of an effort to improve health equity in our region. The directory lists meal sites, food pantries, and meal distribution sites serving children, families, seniors, and adults. The information in this directory is updated regularly, but all food resources, locations, and times are subject to change. Calling sites ahead of time to confirm before visiting is recommended.

HHS students in the Filming Beyond Reality class are bringing the science fiction stories to life on screen. There’s a science experiment gone wrong, an app that can rewind time, and a mysterious friend with an otherworldly secret.

On March 29, HHS Head Softball Coach Lauren Brown, along with senior infielder Sofia Hulme and senior pitcher Adriana Cepeda, represented Hightstown High School at the Autism Awareness Challenge Kickoff Dinner held at Piscataway Magnet High School.

We are so proud of our talented students in the HHS Jazz Band, Concert Band, and Wind Ensemble! Their dedication and hard work truly showed during the amazing concert.

On March 23, members of the HHS Spanish National Honor Society attended two live performances celebrating Latin culture. The Hispania American Show took students on a high-energy journey through the music and dance of Cuba, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Mexico, and more. The Spanish Heritage Show offered an immersive exploration of Spain's artistic legacy through live music and authentic flamenco dance.

Last night, the Mercer County School Boards Association hosted its annual Unsung Heroes Awards Ceremony at WW-P High School South. We are thrilled to announce that HHS Senior Sarina Roffe was honored as the recipient for the East Windsor Regional School District.

The Unsung Hero Award recognizes students who make outstanding contributions to their school and community—often behind the scenes. These students are celebrated for their "quiet strength," overcoming significant personal or academic challenges, and modeling exemplary citizenship.

In attendance to support Sarina were HHS Assistant Principal Jen Riggi, Counselor Vincent Verderosa, and Mr. Mark Daniels, Superintendent of Schools. Please join us in celebrating Sarina for her resilience and the selfless spirit she brings to our district!

The cast and crew of Hightstown HS Musical absolutely crushed their debut of Bring It On. The stunts were high, the vocals were higher, and the spirit was off the charts!
