
The Hightstown High School Class of 2025 came together one last time at the CURE Insurance Arena in Trenton for graduation, marking childhood’s end for the 421 seniors on June 25. http://bit.ly/4khzCOp


A few weeks ago, HHS received two Central Jersey Marquee awards for its recent production of the musical Chicago. Senior Rhyan Greene received an award for Set Designer and Crew Leader, and staff member Megan Thompson received an award for Best Lighting. This was the first time HHS competed in this event, and it was an honor to win these awards. Congratulations to them both!


On Thursday, May 29, the Hightstown High School Chess Club hosted a simultaneous exhibition match featuring Grandmaster Arun Prasad. Prasad is one of only 2,000 Grandmasters in the world. Students not only had the unique opportunity to meet him, but were also able to play against him. During the exhibition match, GM Prasad played over 25 students and staff simultaneously.


Multilingual Hightstown High Schoolers visited WCB to read the stories they wrote and illustrated. The WCB students were impressed by their hard work and loved the visit!

Congratulations to Hightstown High School freshman, Usmaan Shariff, who entered an Illustrated Poem Contest for Earth Day that is organized by the American Chemical Society (ACS).
Usmaan received First Place out of all the Grade 9-12 entries in our local Princeton Section of the ACS.
Winning first place for the Princeton Section has progressed his illustrated poem to the National ACS competition!


Hightstown High School eSports is proud to announce that they finished 2nd Place in the Group 3 Finals at GSE Spring Championships on Saturday, 5/17. Hightstown Rocket League Captains, Ruben A. and Tomas C. played their absolute best and put on quite the show!

Hightstown Girls Lacrosse Team had a great time at the Princeton University Women’s Lacrosse game yesterday vs Stony Brook! Princeton got the win 19-13!

The Hightstown High School Spanish National Honor Society students helped our community at the Health Fair on Sunday, March 30, at Saint Anthony of Padua Church. Students assisted with translations, provided information in Spanish, and distributed materials to event attendees.

Hightstown High School students in the Adventure Education elective course, took a field trip to Amazing Escape Room in Princeton NJ. Students had a great time trying to solve the riddles and puzzles and escape the room!



Congratulations to the Hightstown High School Wind Ensemble for earning a Silver Rating at the CJMEA Concert Band Festival on Wednesday, March 19, at North Brunswick High School!
