Sports Physicals will be held on Monday, October 27, at HHS. They will be from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Nurse's Office.
If you need a physical, please stop by the Nurse's Office to pick up a form for your parent/guardian to fill out, or you can print the form from the website. After the form is completed, please bring it to the Nurse's Office to schedule an appointment for the physical. Appointments will be accepted until 10/21/25-NO APPOINTMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10/21/25!
