Registration Window: January 20, 2026 – February 20, 2026
Registration for the Spring Athletic Season at MHK is opening soon! Anyone wishing to participate in any Spring athletic program (Interscholastic or Intramural) must register via the Genesis Parent Portal during the designated window.
Important: We are unable to offer extensions. Please ensure your registration is submitted by February 20th.
📋 How to Register
All registrations are handled through the Genesis Parent Portal.
Log in to the [Genesis Parent Portal] using your parent/guardian credentials.
Click on the “Forms” tab.
Select “MHK Sports Registration” and choose your sport.
Complete all questions and release forms.
Note: If you miss a question, the form will not submit.
Submit the form.
Verify: Return to the “Forms” page to ensure you see a checkmark and the completion date next to the form.
⚕️ Medical Clearance & Physicals
Deadline for Physicals: No later than March 2, 2026
To participate, students must have a current Sports Physical Examination on file in the nurse's office.
Validity Rule: The physical must be valid on the first day of tryouts (March 9, 2026).
Date Requirement: To be valid, the physical exam must have been performed on or after March 9, 2025.
Forms: We can only accept the NJ Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form. Universal Health Forms cannot be accepted.
