Sports registration for the WINTER 2025-2026 SEASON is now open!

Anyone who wishes to participate in any of the WINTER athletic programs offered at MHK must register. We will not be offering extensions.

All athletic registrations will be completed on the Genesis Parent Portal:  

• Sign in to the parent portal using your parent/guardian login.

• Click on “Forms”.

• Choose “MHK Sports Registration”.

• Choose a sport.

• Complete all release forms.

You do not need to print any forms.  All information will be saved automatically.  If you return to the “Forms” page, you will see a check mark and the date the form was completed.

Students registering for athletics must have a current SPORTS physical examination on file in the nurse's office in order to participate. The SPORTS physical exam date must be valid on the first day of tryouts (November 24, 2025). If it expires before the first day of practice, an updated physical exam will need to be completed by a Doctor and submitted before the deadline. The pre-participation physical exam is good for one calendar year (365 days) and needs to be completed by a doctor on the paper form, which can be found on the MHK registration webpage and linked below:

The deadlines for all sports seasons are below and can be found on the MHK Athletics Page:

MHK Registration: October 1 - October 31

Physicals Due: November 10 (Physical must be dated AFTER November 24, 2024) 

MHK First Day of Season: 

• Interscholastic- November 24

• Intramural- sometime after Winter tryouts have concluded
