Principal
Welcome to Perry L. Drew Elementary School! I am honored to serve as your principal and excited to work together to foster a thriving learning community. My journey in education has been a rewarding one, having held roles as a principal, assistant principal, paraprofessional, elementary teacher, and data coach across urban and suburban districts in New Jersey. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from William Paterson University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University.
At PLD, we strive to provide a well-versed educational experience while prioritizing exploration through our fine arts programs. I understand that you are entrusting us with your most precious gift, your child, and I am dedicated to providing them with the tools for a successful and bright future.
The PTO is a great way to strengthen your child's home and school connections. I encourage you to attend and volunteer for at least one of our PTO events throughout the school year.
P.R.I.D.E. values support the social and emotional focus within our school. Here at the Drew School, we will be prepared, respectful, inclusive, determined, and engaged. Be sure to check out our monthly newsletters that are emailed to you to stay updated on the latest happenings at PLD.
