My name is Nicole Foulks, and I am thrilled to serve as Building Principal of the Ethel McKnight Elementary School. Prior to becoming a Principal, I served as an Assistant Principal in West Windsor Plainsboro Regional School District and an elementary school teacher in South Brunswick School District.
I received my undergraduate from Rutgers University. I earned my teacher certification as well as my graduate degree at Rider University. My administrative certification was earned through the NJEXCEL program.
I am proud to be an administrator in East Windsor; especially at Ethel McKnight. I invite you to look through our website, to learn more about our school and the district. This website is a wonderful resource for parents and community members to help stay informed of all that’s happening at our school; please visit it often for updates and news!
Additionally, I encourage you to join our PTO. The EMK PTO does a wonderful job hosting events and raising much-needed funds for our district. There is nothing more rewarding than being a part of your child’s education.
At McKnight our goal each day is to show our Mustang P.R.I.D.E. As a school community, we focus on teaching children how to be prepared, respectful, inclusive, determined and engaged.
